My name is Michelle, and I am a qualified reflexologist and Reiki practitioner. I have been practicing reflexology for 18 years, holding a VTCT Level 3 diploma in Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology, and I have been a Reiki practitioner since 2006.
My journey into holistic therapies began when I was working as an events manager. I wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives—helping them feel better and improving their well-being. I first encountered reflexology at a therapeutic event, and I was immediately drawn to its ability to restore balance and promote relaxation. That moment inspired me to train in reflexology, and I haven’t looked back since.
In my practice, based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, I work with a wide range of clients, helping them to ease symptoms of stress, hormonal imbalances, perimenopause, menopause, and fertility concerns. Reflexology and Reiki offer gentle yet powerful ways to support the body’s natural healing processes, and I feel privileged to be able to help people on their wellness journey.
